Terms & Conditions for Instagram Giveaway

Entry Conditions:

1. By entering the competition or promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.

3. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an

   entry might result on the entry being invalid.

4. No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected or incomplete entries.

5. By entering the competition winners agree to their names being published and to

   be photographed and/or interviewed and use of their names and such

   photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.

6. Must be 18 years and over.

7. Must complete all three of these -  follow L. P. Massage Therapy Instagram account, tag 2 friends  and comment on competition post.

8. Closing date for entry will be 23rd June 2024 at 23:59pm after this date then no further entries to

   the competition will be permitted.

Prize

1. Prize is voucher for one Hour Massage Deep tissue or Sports massage at L. P. Massage Therapy.

2. Two separate one hour vouchers will be drawn.

3. One winner for each voucher.

4. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for

   cash.

5. If you cannot receive any of the massages,  prize may be gifted to someone at your discretion.

6. Treatment must be completed by 23rd December 2024.

Draw

1. Prize will be drawn on 24rd June 2024 at random, from all entries received and verified.

2. The winner will be notified by Instagram Post within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.

3. Winner’s name will be published on social media channels
