I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment price may apply if I am unable to fill your appointment time.

For cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment, or in the case of a no-show, the full appointment price may be charged if I am unable to fill the appointment time.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before your appointment. After this time, please contact me directly by text or phone on 022 457 5947, or by email at lpmassagetherapynz@gmail.com.

 

Same-day bookings
Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed once booked. If a same-day appointment is subsequently cancelled or rescheduled, the full appointment price may apply.

 

Late arrivals
If you're running late, please call or message me when possible. Your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client's appointment. The full appointment price will still apply.

Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set - if  cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client is responsible for paying the full price of the appointment.

If you are late - It helps a great deal if you call or message. Please note if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually provided, you will be responsible for the full session.
